What I Do When I Feel Self Doubt? 🌱🌈

Whenever I feel self-doubt 🤷 about myself or feel down ⏬ which usually happens when we compare ourselves with others' success and whatever others have shown us.
And when these kinds of thoughts 💭 come into our mind 🧠 it's obvious that we feel discouraged 😔 and stressful 😫. But At that same moment I just think about where I was last year in my life 🗓️ and how much I have learned and worked 🏋️♂️ on changing myself in a positive direction 📈 since then. And that's when I instantly realized that I am currently the better version of myself than last year 😌
"Our comparison and competition should always have to be with ourselves and not with others"
To keep working on the pursuit of a better version of ourselves is actually the ultimate success. And you should realize it as soon as possible. I do! 🙂
