Whenever I feel self-doubt ๐Ÿคท about myself or feel down โฌ which usually happens when we compare ourselves with others' success and whatever others have shown us.

And when these kinds of thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ come into our mind ๐Ÿง  it's obvious that we feel discouraged ๐Ÿ˜” and stressful ๐Ÿ˜ซ. But At that same moment I just think about where I was last year in my life ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ and how much I have learned and worked ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ on changing myself in a positive direction ๐Ÿ“ˆ since then. And that's when I instantly realized that I am currently the better version of myself than last year ๐Ÿ˜Œ

"Our comparison and competition should always have to be with ourselves and not with others"

To keep working on the pursuit of a better version of ourselves is actually the ultimate success. And you should realize it as soon as possible. I do! ๐Ÿ™‚
